Return and Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We do not encourage cancellations. However, due to any extreme circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order please call or email us before the order is dispatched. We will try our best to assist you. In case of cancellation, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

If at all an order is cancelled from our end, the customer is liable to a full refund.


PRODUCT RETURNS
Cheese being a perishable item, we do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiration date.  

Our products leave our facility in perfect condition. It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. If in case this happens, please email us your order number and a picture of the expired or damaged product and we will review your claim.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that once the packet is opened, we assume no responsibility. For suggestions on how to properly store our products, kindly go through our guidelines.
